** Return to Yourself ** A One-Day Nervous System Reset Retreat Join us for a restorative and immersive one-day retreat designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Date: May 16 Time: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Location: The Lighthouse Community Hall, Qualicum Bay, BC This retreat is co-hosted by Theo Kefalas (Embers Healing) and Gordana Boskovic (Higher Ground Wellness Retreat), bringing together complementary practices that support deep relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Retreat Experience Return to Yourself is thoughtfully structured to guide you through a gentle and supportive journey inward. Throughout the day, you will be invited to step away from daily pressures and enter a calm, restorative environment. The retreat includes: • Qi Gong movement practice to open energy flow and release tension • A Nervous System Regulation workshop with practical tools for stress and emotional balance • Restorative yoga and gentle movement for grounding and relaxation • Guided meditation to support inner awareness and stillness • A nourishing shared meal and tea • Reflection and integration circle • A deeply relaxing sound bath facilitated by Janice with Sacred Rhythms. • Optional Reiki offered during the sound bath (opt-in) What to Expect This retreat is designed for small groups (14–20 participants) to create a supportive and intimate experience. You can expect: • a calm and welcoming environment • time to slow down and disconnect from external demands • tools to support your nervous system and overall well-being • space for reflection, rest, and reconnection For comfort and accessibility, props such as mats, cushions, and gravity chairs will be available. Please bring your yoga matt, eye mask/pillow, pillow, blanket, any seating supports that you need as well as snacks/water. We will be providing a meal and tea (vegan, dairy free and gluten free).
